Staff transport software in Morocco: every passenger at their stop
MazaGTR Navette turns the client’s list into a schedule, sends the stops to the driver’s phone, detects arrival at the stop by GPS and prepares the month’s invoice: nobody has to phone anyone to ask for an address.
What the software does
The client’s Excel list, without re-keying
An Excel template signed per client is recognised by the import on its own. For any other format you map the columns once and they are remembered. Before applying, the preview shows what is added, removed or moved, and trips that have already left are never touched.
A schedule that shows overload before departure
Each line has its stops, times, vehicle and driver. If there are more passengers than seats, a red badge and a suggestion appear before departure. Changing vehicle or driver takes a few clicks, and the reason is kept.
The driver’s phone: every stop, every passenger
The driver sees the day’s trips, each stop in order and the passengers at each stop. Boarded or absent in one gesture, or “all boarded” in a single tap. With GPS, arrival at the stop is detected; without GPS, he marks it himself.
Passengers notified, nobody phoning
One message at pick-up time, another when the shuttle is close. It is a utility message per passenger, and the cost per message is shown in the settings. WhatsApp sending is coming soon: it depends on Meta’s approval.
Trade rules applied for you
A vehicle with expired insurance leaves on no trip, and is unblocked automatically as soon as a valid certificate is recorded. With the GPS module: map, live position and automatic arrival. Without it: arrival marked by hand, as in the TMS.
The monthly invoice and the attendance sheet
The monthly invoice and the attendance sheet are prepared from what actually ran. A vehicle that makes a trip takes one seat of your plan for the period, whether it makes one trip or a hundred.
