How does Navette receive the passenger list?
By Excel import. A template signed per client is recognised on its own; for another format you map the columns once and they are remembered. A preview shows what is added, removed or moved before you apply.
What does the driver see on his phone?
The day’s trips, each stop in order and the passengers at each stop. He marks boarded or absent in one gesture, or “all boarded” in a single tap.
Does Navette work without GPS?
Yes. Without the GPS module the driver marks arrival at the stop himself, as in the TMS. With the GPS module: map, live position and automatically detected arrival.
Are passengers notified?
Yes: one message at pick-up time and another when the shuttle is close. WhatsApp sending is coming soon, as it depends on Meta’s approval.
What happens if a vehicle’s insurance expires?
The vehicle leaves on no trip. It is unblocked automatically as soon as a valid certificate is recorded.
How is Navette billed?
One price per vehicle per month; a vehicle that makes a trip takes one seat of your plan for the period. Live prices are in the Pricing section of the site, with a 14-day trial.
What is DGI e-invoicing?
It is the scheme of the Direction Générale des Impôts (article 145-IX of the General Tax Code, 2024 Finance Act): each invoice is validated by the DGI platform before it is legally issued, the so-called "clearance" model. The announced format is UBL 2.1 with a qualified electronic signature, and the ICE of both seller and buyer is mandatory. The roll-out is announced in waves "during 2026", large companies (turnover above 200 million dirhams) first, SMEs and very small businesses in 2027-2028. The decree setting the dates and thresholds has not been published yet and no public technical specification exists so far. A free portal, fatourati.gov.ma, is announced for small companies. Is MazaGTR ready?
MazaGTR is ready on the invoice side: every invoice is already sealed when it is validated (integrity chain, public verification QR code, archive), and UBL 2.1, the electronic signature and the ICE are provided for in the invoicing engine. The connection to the DGI platform is switched on as soon as the official API is published, at no extra cost. The full data of every invoice can already be exported as XML (UBL).
What do I have to do today?
Fill in the ICE, IF and RC in your company profile, and validate your invoices in the application. Nothing else: the rest switches on when the API is published.
